Recommended Use: 1. Mold the Thermo-Forming Mouth Trays: Submerge the mouth trays in boiling water for 5 seconds. Play the trays on your teeth to form an impression. Practice sucking the air from the tray, this will contour the tray to form to your teeth structure.
2. Trim the Formed Trays: To avoid gel contact with the soft tissue (gums), trim the trays on the gingival line (teeth/gum line) using small scissors. Cut off tab.
3. Insert Gel into Formed Trays: Fill the trays with the gel along the teeth impression by placing a small bead of gel per tooth in the frontal portion of the tray for the front 6-8 teeth. be careful not to overload the tray to avoid contact with the gums. Less is best.
4. Whitening Procedure: Wear the trays with gel for 15-30 minutes daily. Remove trays an rinse with cold water before and after each treatment.
